General Info

About the Band:

Human Abstract was formed in November 2003 in Bombay. The band derives its name from a 17th century poem of the same name written by William Blake. The name puts forth the point of focus of the band's perception, which is the complexity of human emotions and the basic abstractness of human thoughts and feelings. The music varies diversely from funky, melodic tunes to downright driving riffs. This, combined with some hard-hitting and relevant lyrics is what defines the sound of the band. The inspiration for the songs varies from political issues to personal tribulations without restricting these topics for future experimentation. Human Abstract looks forward to making some more music in the near future and hopes to see you at their next show.
