This is what we have in mind. Apart from the following features there are right now, this is what we plan to bring in the future:

1)Review Section: It already exist but right now everything has to be manually added which means if the people who write for musictantra don't listen a particular genre, that gets left behind...so we are planning to introduce a review system .Here are the advantages: -Users submit/vote/rate and choose which album is good, which is not. -Users can submit -It's easy and 2 click stuff -Review system will include - Album Reviews | Event Reviews | Instrument and Gig Reviews

2)Jam : Here is the concept - Remember the time you wanted to jam up but there was no one around. Here is the solution and advantage of this system: -User's create a listing saying they want to jam and all the people interested contact and meet together

3)Multiple Registration: Right now only the bands can sign up. This is what will be possible later. Following users can register -General Users -Event Managers -Music Teachers Now the good part is: -All theses profiles can add each other (ya, similar to the social networking sites around!) -Users also get a mp3 playlist so they can upload and let other people review their sound or if people are interested, then collaborate and make bands! -It will be easy for the teachers to keep in touch with students and get new students

4) Forum: Right now the forum is external and only general users can register! Confusing stuff. Thus there will be one common forum for all the above profiles.

5) Gallery: The gallery right now has the pictures taken by some of the people who are already a part of this project. Now general users/bands will be able to add pictures so that everyone gets to see

6) Tabs: Right now lyrics are possible but tabs are also in the line. Following are the good parts about it -Users can add it. Again, user oriented and not dependant on one person -Keys can be changed : D Which means supposedly someone submits chords of a Song in CMaj...with one click he can transpose it to any key he wants

7) Video Lessons: Now this would obviously be the best thing to happen! Again, like everything it will be free (for those who thought otherwise) We can achieve this faster if we have more people working on the project.
